Lectures in Italian

Il_Mare_TaorminaThe Vigdís Finnbogadóttir Institute of Foreign Languages, together with the Department of Italian at the University of Iceland, organize lectures on the occasion of The Week of Italian Culture and Language.
Stefano Rosatti, Michele Broccia and Maurizio Tani, from the Department of Italian at the University of Iceland will give lectures on their home regions and the relationship with the sea as it appears in the regions´ history, litterature and art.
With reference to a similar event held last year, the lectures are entitled Mosaico Italiano II : Liguria, Toscana, Sardegna e il Mare nella Storia, nella Letteratura e nell´Arte, and will take place on Thursday November 15th at 7 pm in room 101 in Oddi at the University of Iceland.
The lectures will be given in Italian. Admission is free.
