Júlía G. Hreinsdóttir, Sign Language teacher, will give a lecture on the Icelandic Sign Language as the mother tongue of 300 Icelanders.
The lecture will take place on Monday 29 February at 4.30 pm in room 101 in Oddi at the University of Iceland. The lecture will be delivered in Icelandic and interpreted into Icelandic Sign Language.
This event is organized by the Vigdís Finnbogadóttir Institute of Foreign Languages at the University of Iceland on the occasion of the International Day of the Mother Tongue.
