Icelandic Online Kids, a new online language course under development within the Vigdís Finnbogadóttir Institute of foreign Languages, recently received a generous grant from the Ministry of Education, Science and Culture.
Designed for children 5-7 years of age, Icelandic Online Kids is an interactive course that uses the platform of Icelandic Online, which has in recent years been developed for computers and smart devices.
The project started in 2018 in collaboration with the Árni Magnússon Institute for Icelandic Studies and is scheduled to be released in December 2020.
