Adjunct Lecturer of Italian Language and Literature at the University of Iceland
Stefano Rosatti has a Master’s degree in didactics of the Italian language obtained at the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. He holds a degree (laurea) in Italian literature obtained at the University of Genoa.
His publications include essays on Galileo, Calvino, Pasolini, Rebora and immigration literature. For the Italian publishing house Einaudi, he has translated six novels by Auður Ava Ólafsdóttir and the latest novel by Einar Kárason (the latter being published).
Since 2016 he is enrolled in a doctorate at the University of Iceland and his research focuses on life and work of the Italian poet Clemente Rebora.
